Welcome to the NKFC Registration! We hope that you will join us at our first ever annual conference!
NKFC will be hosted at Camp Mark 7 (CM7) located on the Fourth Lake in the Adriondack Mountains. It is on a beautiful lake surrounded by trees. The address for CM7 is 144 Mohawk Hotel Road, Old Forge, New York 13240. June 24 * 27, 2010.
The Mohawk Lodge has a main lobby with a spacious lounge and a large shaded veranda, lined with wood chairs. It has an amazing sweeping lakefront view. Each dorm-style bedroom varies in size and contains two to six twin and/or bunk beds. Each registrant is responsible to bring her/his towels, pillows, linens and blankets/sleeping bags. Please communicate with the NFKC registration chair if there are any special need requests for accommodations. Please be advised that the Mohawk Lodge has no elevator, however, we’d be glad to accommodate your needs.
While parents attend workshops, there will be Day Camp for kids age 5 and up on Friday and Saturday. The Day Camp will run from 8:30 am- 4:30 pm. The fee for each child includes: t-shirt, camp activities, meals, entertainment and a field trip! There will also be daycare provided for kids age 4 and below.

The information below gives you an overview of the general expenses of conference registration, accommodations, and meals. You are not required to stay nor eat at Camp Mark 7, however, you are required to register for the conference.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION for 3 days:
One Adult Fee: $120 (meals not included) Two Adults Fee: $210 (meals not included)
DAY CAMP REGISTRATION:
One Child Fee: $110 (lunch included) Extra Child Fee: $100 (lunch included) Child under 5 years old: $25 (lunch included)
REGISTRATION FOR KIDS WITH NO DAY CAMP:
One Child Fee: $60 (lunch included) Child under 5 years old: $15 (lunch included)
**Please be advised that if adults decide not to bring children to day camp, they are responsible for their child/children throughout the conference. The workshops are for adults only.**
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS at Camp Mark 7 (optional):
Accommodation fees: Ranges from $180-$225 for 3 nights
MEALS at Camp Mark 7 (optional):
3-Meal Combo for each Adult per day: $30
Lunch Meal fee for each Adult per day: $10
If kids are not participating Day Camp, they are welcome to eat on-site.
2-Meal Combo for each Child per day: $10
A registrant must pay the full amount by April 15, 2010. If the registrant misses the deadline, a late fee of $20 will be applied per month until May 31, 2010. Example: if a registrant misses the deadline in April and pays in May, the total for late fee is $40.
