Family Ice Cream Social (Opening Event): $5,000 The Ice Cream Social sets the stage with an inspirational welcome and entertainments by the steering committee and sponsor. Be a part of this highly-visible and most memorable sponsorship opportunity.
Camp Mark 7 Camp Package: (Program provided by Camp Mark 7) $7,500 Signage displaying the name and logo of the sponsor will be prominently located at MSSD and the conference center. ~ Bag lunches for campers for three days ~ Camp T-shirts ~ Field trip fees ~ MSSD Facilities fees ~ Brochure handouts ~ Nutritional snacks for each day
Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART): $10,000 each (3 Opportunities Available) Conference attendees who would like to use real-time captioning will have access to workshops and proceedings as it happens with Communication Access Real time Translation (CART).
Networking Lunch: $4, 000 Sponsoring boxed lunches to conference attendees is designed for networking and connecting among friends and colleagues. The Networking Lunch sponsor could distribute any “give-aways” to attendees as they collect their boxed lunches and refreshments. Signage displaying the name and logo of the sponsor will be noticeably located where lunch is served and stickers with the sponsoring company’s logo will be affixed to each boxed lunch.
Special Reception: $5,000 Take part in one of the premiere events in honor for the adults of deaf parents by hosting this evening reception. The sponsor’s logo will be featured on entrance signage for the event.
National KODA Family Conference Closing Ceremony: $15,000 Play host to the National KODA Family Conference Closing Ceremony where a BBQ dinner and a family carnival will be offered. Be a part of this highly-visible and most memorable sponsorship opportunity.
Conference Program: $5,000 Four-color conference programs will be distributed to all attendees during registration. The conference program sponsor will get preliminary information on educational sessions, speaker biographies, floor plans of the conference hall. This sponsor will receive a complimentary one-page, four-color advertisement in the program.
National KODA Family Conference Tote Bags: $5,000 Tote bags featuring the sponsor’s logo will be distributed to all attendees at registration. The National KODA Conference tote bag is not only used extensively at the conference, but is equally valued back home and at work.
National KODA Conference Lanyards: $2,000 Conference badges distributed at registration will be worn with a lanyard featuring the sponsor’s name and logo.
Children’s Fanny Packs: $3,000 Camp Mark 7 hosts the children and teen activities and children attending the National KODA Family Conference will each receive a fanny pack. The Children’s Fanny Pack sponsor, Family Child Studies Department and Camp Mark 7’s logo will be emblazoned on the fanny pack.
Children’s T-Shirts: $3,000 All children and teens attending the National KODA Family Conference will receive a T-shirt at check in. The Children’s T-Shirt sponsor will have its name and logo printed on the T-shirt.
Hospitality Suite: $7,500 A large room where all conference attendees will be able to gather, mingle, eat, drink, and relax in between workshops and events. The sponsor’s name and logo will be prominently featured throughout this room.
Private Hospitality Suite: $5,000 A small room in which the steering committee and others involved with the conference can meet to discuss strategy and tactics far from the maddening crowd. The sponsor’s name and logo will be prominently featured throughout this room.
Gifts for Presenters: $3, 000 Bags containing special appreciation gifts will be given to each presenter as a "thank you" for sharing and donating their time and expertise to the conference. Thank you cards in the gift bag will feature the name and/or logo of the sponsor.
Conference Proceedings: $5,000 - $10,000 Learning doesn't have to end with the conference! Published proceedings containing articles from the conference presenters will document this historical event and serve as a valuable informational resource for deaf parents, professionals, and other members of the Deaf community. The sponsor's name and/or logo will be featured on the cover of this book. Have one (1) piece of your corporate/organizational promotional material inserted into the official National KODA Family Conference tote bag provided at registration. Literature inserts (2,000 copies) must be no larger than 8½ x11.”

Deadlines: Opportunities for reserving sponsorships will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full is needed to confirm sponsorship of specific items.
Logos are due in order for the sponsor to be recognized on conference publicity and registration materials.
Sponsorship opportunities taken will be confirmed via email once the sponsorship application / contract has been received by fax.
